Content Management is a term that involves one to administrate the digital content from its initial conception to its ultimate deletion or storage, which in essence is its entire lifecycle. Content can come in the form of text, images, audios or videos.
The tools involved in the above are housed under an automated system called Content Management Systems or a CMS and such a system allows the support of numerous features such as identifying the key players and their roles, workflow task definition and tracking and managing multiple versions of a single instance.
